In February 2026, Jared “The Jewish Jet” Firestone represented Israel in skeleton at the Milano Cortina Winter Olympic Games, proudly serving as Team Israel’s flag bearer in the Opening Ceremony.
Today, his Olympic journey has become the foundation for what comes next.
Jared Firestone is a 2026 Olympian, Team Israel Flagbearer, and Israel’s first World Championship finalist in skeleton.
After surviving a mini-stroke during law school, Jared rebuilt his life around an unlikely goal: to compete for Israel on the world stage. He discovered skeleton at 26, went on to win Israel’s first international gold medal in the sport, and ultimately represented Israel at the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympic Games.
Today, Jared brings the lessons from that ten-year journey to audiences and communities through speaking, interactive experiences, and educational programs focused on purpose, resilience, performance, and turning ambitious goals into action.
